1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TGParse (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TGParse provides a cloud-based software tool for extracting publicly available data from Telegram groups and channels. The Service can run on TGParse's own pool of automated accounts and proxies, or on accounts and proxies that you connect yourself. You are solely responsible for any account you connect: you must have the right to use it, comply with Telegram's Terms of Service, and not use it for spam or unsolicited mass messaging. TGParse may suspend your connected accounts if they are used in violation of these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to extract data for illegal purposes, spamming, harassment, or in violation of Telegram's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for how you use the exported data.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans can be purchased through Telegram Stars or cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments, when available. The selected provider processes the payment separately. Payments and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and the provider's rules. Usage limits depend on the selected plan and reset according to its billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
TGParse is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any bans, restrictions, or damages resulting from the use of data obtained through the Service.
