1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your email address when you register. If you connect your own Telegram account, we store its session and your proxy password in encrypted form (AES-256-GCM), use them only to run the parsing you request, and never display them back to you. You can delete a connected account at any time, which removes its stored session, and delete a proxy, which removes its stored password. We do not ask for your Telegram password except for two-factor authentication during connection, and we do not store it.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the Service, process your transactions, and communicate with you about your account and updates to our features.
3. Data Export and Storage
The data extracted (parsed) by the Service is stored temporarily on our servers to allow you to download it. It is automatically deleted after 7 days. We do not sell or share your parsed data with third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed through Telegram Stars and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency invoices, when available. We do not store your bank card or wallet credentials on our servers. Telegram and the selected payment provider process the payment data under their own privacy policies.
